I’m very passionate about supporting and valuing mothering. My main outlet thus far has been my involvement in SPACE, which I assume as a Playcentre mum you know about.
I’m taking a break from Playcentre at the moment, and have found that there is little else that gives me the opportunity to meet like-minded mums, if you were ‘rocking it’ in Auckland I’d be there!

Yea I agree, playcentre is something I think fits really well with at home motherhood if you are up to the commitment and see the value it can offer. That’s interesting what you say about the SPACE programme as it’s on my longer term list to get involved in. Parent Centre is another group I’ve looked at but have not been involved in yet – still deciding on that one. If you’re ever in Hamilton let me know I’d love to meet up.
